  • Assist project managers in the planning, coordination and execution of various projects.
  • Effectively manage project calendars, meetings and communications.
  • Contribute to the collection, analysis and presentation of project data.
  • Ensure clear and regular communication with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in identifying and resolving potential issues.


  • University degree or equivalent experience in a field related to project management.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mastery of IT tools and project management software.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, an asset.
