Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a warm and professional manner.
• Take orders and pass them on to kitchen staff.
• Serve meals and beverages while respecting service standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting their needs and resolving any problems.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and ensure table preparation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in the restaurant industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Mastery of hygiene and food safety rules.
• Knowledge of foreign languages, an asset.
