Position: Accounting Assistant

Job Description: As an Accounting Assistant at Jobuilder Services®, you will be a key member of our accounting team, contributing to the financial and accounting management of the company. You will work closely with our accounting experts to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our financial data, while providing crucial administrative support to the team.



  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Enter and process accounting
  • data into our computerized system. Reconcile bank statements and verify financial transactions. Prepare
  • supplier payments and bank deposits. Manage accounting records and documents in an organized manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and regulatory reports. Collaborate with other departments to resolve
  • accounting and administrative issues. Contribute to improving accounting processes and operational efficiency.


  • Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role would be an asset. Practical knowledge of accounting software and MS Office tools. Ability to work independently and in a team. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
